I support school leaders and educators by being curious. Whether you seek a single advisory session or a check-in from time to time. I’m pretty flexible and can make it work for you and your particular setting.

As Michael Bungay Stanier has wisely noted, “stay curious a little longer and rush to action and advice-giving a little slower.” True coaching is not about serving up ready-made answers, but rather about creating the time and space for thoughtful exploration. By asking what he terms the “easily asked questions” (for example: “What’s the real challenge here for you?”), I assist school leaders in finding their clarity, building their confidence, and making well-considered choices.

This work is not intended to be complicated. I just ask a lot of questions and offer an opportunity to think through some things with you.
