About Me
With nearly three decades of experience in education, I have dedicated my career to developing strong, faith-centered learning communities. I currently serve as the Middle School Principal at Denver Christian School and as an Assistant Adjunct of Graduate Education at Dordt University, where I teach Collaborative Leadership. My journey in education has included roles as a teacher, coach, professor, and administrator, allowing me to mentor educators, cultivate school culture, and implement innovative instructional strategies. Holding a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, I specialize in teacher development, leadership mentoring, and the integration of technology in education. My passion lies in equipping Christian schools with the tools and strategies needed to thrive, fostering academic excellence while remaining rooted in a Christ-centered mission. Through consulting, I aim to support schools worldwide in creating dynamic, student-focused environments that honor both learning and faith.
